1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NOVAS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

NOVAS provides a 3-month intensive Japanese language bootcamp. The service includes a personalized curriculum (the NOVAS Compass), daily assignments and coaching via direct message (Instagram), and live weekly interactive sessions (Zoom).

3. Enrollment & Founding Members

• The Bootcamp: Enrollment is for a 90-day period (one Cohort).
• Pricing: Members are billed in monthly installments of $198 for three months (totaling $594).
• Founding Member Requirement: As a Cohort 1 beta student, you agree to provide an honest review of your experience upon completion of the program.

4. 90-Day Conversation Guarantee

We stand by our method 100%. If you are not satisfied with your results, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:

• Participation: You must complete every weekly session and all assigned curriculum tasks.
• Guarantee: If, after 90 days of full participation, you still cannot hold a basic conversation in Japanese, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

5. User Conduct

Respectful behavior towards coaches and staff is mandatory. Harassment or abusive language will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
