• Learning Data: Assessment results, vocabulary retention rates, and progress logs used to optimize the NOVAS Compass.
• Session Recordings: Video and audio recordings of coaching sessions and shadowing exercises for the purpose of quality assurance and algorithmic analysis.
• Usage & Device Data: Collected automatically via cookies and analytics when you visit our site (see "Cookies & Analytics" below) — e.g., pages viewed, referral source, and device and browser type.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide and personalize the NOVAS coaching service.
• Process payments and manage your account.
• Improve our AI algorithms and teaching methodologies.
• Communicate with you regarding your schedule and feedback via Instagram DM or email.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our website (for example, which pages are viewed and whether visitors arrive from Instagram). Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as pages visited, referral source, approximate location (derived from a truncated IP address), and device and browser type. We view this information only in aggregate and use it to improve the site — never to personally identify you.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the service, and only as far as needed:

• Kit (formerly ConvertKit): stores your name and email when you join the waitlist or enroll, so we can send you program updates.
• Stripe: securely processes payments. We never see or store your full card number.
• Google Analytics & hosting providers: as described above, to run and improve the site.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. Residents of the EEA/UK (under the GDPR) and California (under the CCPA) have additional rights over their data. Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
